There is an item missing from my parcel. What can I do about it?
If a product is missing from your package, we invite you to contact our Customer Care Service. An advisor will ask you to send photos of the package and a certificate of non-receipt of the item purchased. You will then be offered to send back the missing product or to reimburse you.
Our advisers are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (FR time) and on Saturday - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (FR time) (excluding holidays).
