How can I change my delivery address?
Your delivery address can only be changed for a short period of time after your order has been confirmed.
If you confirmed it less than 1 hours ago, you may have the possibility to modify it by contacting the Customer Care Service. Our advisors are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (FR time) and on Saturday - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (FR time) (excluding holidays). They will tell you if there is still time, and if so, how to proceed.
After this period, it is impossible to change a delivery address.
