How do I place an order remotely?
There are several options available to you if you do not wish to visit us in store:
- Telephone advice and ordering service at each of our shops.
- Our Customer Care Service is at your disposal to advise you remotely from Monday to Friday - 10 am to 7 pm (FR time) and on Saturdays - 10 am to 5 pm (FR time) (excluding holidays).
- You can also benefit from the Click & Collect, available only in our shops in France and in the United Kingdom, by placing your order on our website and collecting it in-store within 3 days.
- Finally, you also have the option of reserving the products you wish to collect in-store on our website, taking care to select the most convenient store. Your products will be available for collection once the reservation has been confirmed and will be held for 48 hours following confirmation. For the moment, this service is only available in France and the United Kingdom.
