Can I collect my diptyqueparis.com order in-store?

In France and in the United Kingdom, thanks to the e-reservation, it is possible to reserve one or several products at our stores. Simply click the reserve in store button to select the store of your choice and enter your personal information. You will then receive a confirmation e-mail. Once you receive this, you can collect your order from the store.

The Click & Collect option will only appear in France for a selection of postcodes in the Paris geographical area and in the United Kingdom in London. This service is free of charge.
Your order will be prepared within one day. Once it is ready, you will receive an invitation to collect it from the chosen store. You will then have 3 days to collect it.
