What happens if I am not at home when the delivery is made?
In the case of a standard delivery, if you are not in at the time delivery is attempted you will receive a notification by e-mail from our logistics partner inviting you to collect your order from a collection point. If you have not received this e-mail, please contact Customer Service.
In the case of an express delivery in France, our partner Chronopost offers the possibility to reschedule the delivery or to leave the parcel at a safe place such as a security guard, neighbour, etc.
