How are Diptyque candles made?

Diptyque candles are luxury craft products made in France.

Noble, rare or precious, the raw materials that compose each perfume are selected with the greatest care. Because each perfume concentrate reacts differently to heat, meticulous care is taken to find the right balance between the concentrate, the wax and the wick. To achieve perfect fragrance delivery, each candle is made with a unique blend of high quality waxes, with a material and wick diameter selected for optimal burning.

It takes two days to make each candle and eight separate processes, most of which are still done by hand.
