Are there any special conditions of return that apply to certain products?

Our conditions of return are the same for all our products.
To return a product, simply bring it back to us unused and in its original and unopened packaging, together with proof of purchase.
Products will be checked up their return to us. We cannot accept returns if the products have been mishandled or opened.
Please note that this right of withdrawal does not apply to the following:
- products that have clearly been customised
- products that, owing to their nature, cannot be returned or are likely to deteriorate or reach their expiry date quickly
- products that are packaged and cannot be returned for reasons of protection or hygiene if they have been unpacked.
