Can I use a different carrier to return an item? – Diptyque - Q&A

For the United Kingdom, it is not possible to use a different carrier. We strongly advise you to follow the returns process which uses Royal Mail recorded delivery. You can find more information here.

For France, we advise you to use our pre-stamped labels for your return: they allow a better follow-up and are at your disposal free of charge.

By using a different carrier, your product is no longer insured in case of loss or theft.

However, you can use the carrier of your choice. It is then necessary to join to your parcel the withdrawal form. The return costs will be at your charge and not refundable.
