I have an account in-store. Do I have to create another account online?
Our in-store and e-commerce accounts are not currently linked, meaning that you will need to create another account online. In the same way, if you have an account on our website, we will not be able to find you in-store.
We are working on developing our systems to improve your shopping experience in the near future. It is recommended that you use the same e-mail address for both of your accounts as this will enable us to better communicate with you in a more personal manner in the future.
