Where can I have my order delivered?

You must place your order on the website of the country to which you wish to have your order delivered.

The following is a list of the countries and regions served by each of the Diptyque websites:

• France : mainland France, Corsica and Monaco.
• United Kingdom : the United Kingdom, excluding the Channel Islands.
• United States : mainland and major islands.
• International : Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy (except for San Marino), Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain (except for the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, and Melilla), Sweden.
• Japan : all parts of the country.
• Hong Kong 
• China : all parts of the country.

To access our international websites, simply select from the drop-down list in the top left-hand corner of the screen, or at the bottom of the page if you are viewing the website on a mobile device.
Your order can be delivered to any location, such as a workplace, hotel, residence, holiday home or hospital. Orders cannot, however, be delivered to P.O. boxes or Cedex addresses.
