Can I cancel or change my order?

It is impossible to modify the content of an order. Only the delivery address can be changed for a short period of time after your order has been confirmed.

If you confirmed your order less than 1 hour ago, you may have the opportunity to change the delivery address by contacting the Customer Relations Department. Our advisors are at your disposal from Monday to Friday - 10.00 am to 7.00 pm (FR time) and on Saturday - 10.00 am to 5.00 pm (FR time) (excluding holidays). They will tell you if it is still possible and, if so, how to proceed.
